My preference is raw garlic. Minimum of two cloves a day - four or five is better. I chew them to get them broken apart pretty good, then wash them down with a glass of water. Better do it with lots of water on your stomach or after eating because on an empty stomach it can be tough.
More than one story about raw garlic moving out the worms, etc. But you have to keep at it because it doesn't kill the eggs. So, keep doing it until the eggs have hatched and by then you will be free of parasites in the digestive tract. It also kills parasites in other areas including the blood stream, cleans out heavy metals too. It's cheap and easy, and the only one who makes a buck on it is your grocer.
