Seems to me that most people err on the side of doing too little, become convinced that natural remedies don't work, and give up. I don't know if it's possible to get rid of them completely, once and for all, but my experience has been that you can most certainly diminish the size of the colony significantly, you will feel much, much better if you do, and it will prolong your life for years to do so. It is not an easy process, however. And it's not totally painless. But (IMHO) it's a whole better than the alternative, which is to wave a white flag and let the
parasites eat you alive.
On the other hand, I'm sure a lot of people would say that I am reckless and foolhearty in my radical warrior herbal approach to eliminating these things. None the less, I made up my mind a long time ago that I'd rather accidentally kill myself (may God forbid) trying to get rid of them, than to die a long slow miserable death.
Only you know what is best for you.
Here are some things I do to get after the
parasites in my head:
Aroma therapy. Put tea tree oil (and the like) on your pillow at night. Research the oils, and select one that will make the
parasite miserable.
Combine various dewormers with supplements for the head, such as gingko, vinpocetine, phosphytidal choline, gotu kola, lutein, bilberry, eyebright, etc.
Take Clear by Awareness Corporation. In my experience, it goes after eye floaters like nothing else, and I've tried a lot of stuff. But of course, as with everything, YMMV (your mileage may vary).
I'm taking three per day right now and it's making my eyes itch like crazy. The corners of my eyes are very tender and there is lots of sandlike grainy things coming out of my eye lashes. My goal is to stay on it for 90 days, slowly increasing to 5 per day. The last time I gave up at 3 per day during month two, because I couldn't remember whether or not I'd taken it, and I was feeling very disoriented.
Every time it feels like I am getting close to a mega die off, my memory becomes affected. Day before yesterday I experienced a couple of those wonderful floating sensations, that could best be described as "incredible lightness of being" feelings (sorry, I stole that line from a movie). I have felt this sensation several times when I'm cleansing deep and I think I'm getting close to eliminating them all. It is a very liberating and ecstatic sensation. But for some reason, fear always moves over me and the heaviness comes back. And my memory goes whacky and I can't remember if I've taken a dose or not. This time I decided that when it doubt, take another dose. I figure I can always induce vomiting if it turns out I've taken too much...
Iodine gets after the ones in my head too. It makes me dizzy, and I have an achy sensation on the side of my head where the worm tried to screw out of my skull a year and a half ago. That occurred while I was taking Bloodroot, Green
Black-Walnut Hull, Cloves and
Wormwood , 2 and 2 caps, 6 times daily.
My accupuncturist said dizziness occurs when the liver is clearing, and gave me something for dizziness, so I could keep the dose high, and still function.
and last, but not least-
When I'm really feeling strong and determined, I snort bloodroot powder, just a tiny, tiny bit of it. (this is not for sissies)((it BURNS like crazy and you will have a bloody discharge)))(((and you will feel dizzy)))
I read somewhere that the old timers used to snuff bloodroot to get rid of their nasal polyps. I have them and I want them gone.
What you should take may depend on whether the
parasite is an arthopod, fungus, protozoa, bacteria or virus. It is easier to defeat an enemy that you know well. Shroom is very pro-active in this department and he can probably give you some good information.
