The dosage for prazi to treat the neurocysticercosis is 50mg/kg x 1 day for 15 days. I would go ahead and do that. This isn't something you want to play around with. It has a really safe track record. Not to say there aren't side effects at higher dosages, but compared to others, I would take this one any day.

Niclosamide might might it too. I'm not sure.
