Think of the root of this problem. A
parasites job is to clean up messes. If one eats processed foods there is a mess in the intestines.
4 years ago I realized I needed to create a unwelcome environment for parasites. I cleaned up my diet. I don't eat refined
Sugar or chemical sweeteners -
parasites love sweets and they shut the immune system down for a perid of time... very little meat, very little dairy.
To build my immune system up I eat 9 to 11 fruits and vegetables daily (mostly raw), brown rice, beans, raw nuts and seeds, whole grains, fish. I have come to believe that this is an ongoing process.
There are many things that can be done daily to get rid of the pests - adding lemon juice to water, garlic, bromelain, certain spices and doing periods of
Black-Walnut hulls tincture, oil of oregano, aloe vera juice. Eating certain foods like pineapple (fast a couple of days on fresh pineapple when in season) or eat butternut or spaghetti squash (Make a meal of squash and eat huge amounts - it will help clean you out) I could go on and on... there are many things I am not thinking of at this moment...
Everyone needs a
parasite cleanse 2 to 4 times a year, and to use colon cleansing protocols often.
The healthier we get, the cleaner our intestines are, the less likely
parasites will have a need to stay - their eggs will pass on thru. They won't have a place to nest.
Think about this - does it make sense to you?
