Sanctuary2, thanks for those links!!!
OH YUCK! Didn't know about those SLS's. I've been going "natural" gradually this year but still use normal shampoo's once or twice a week. I'm happy to discover that I've been eliminating this particular toxin at least a little bit of late. I had been wanting to use up some of my cosmetics/shampoos/etc though. Now I'm thinking that maybe I'll just toss them and stop being so cheap with my health!
I had bought myself some VCO soaps and used it once for shampoo-ing, and it worked great. I think now I'm going to toss my regular shampoos NOW, instead of using them up. TT has a shampoo and I think I'll go ahead and buy it. I'm using their products now for oil pulling, ingesting, laundry, hand/body/face soap, styling gel, facials, and toothpaste. This is getting spendy and I'm thinking I need to find a way to become part of their "club" to get the discounts, but don't know how to go about this.
Haha, in addition to those coconut products, I consumed a lot of young thai coconuts. In fact, for awhile I couldn't get enough of them and was a bit concerned I was becoming addicted to them. I went a few weeks of drinking nothing but these coconuts. Then I went on the Humaworm
parasite cleanse and suddenly my desire for them deceased almost completely. I understand that VCO is anti-parasitical as well as many other "anti's so I'm thinking that my need for the young Thai coconuts was related to parasitically infections that I didn't know I had, which Humaworm took care of.
And thanks for the hint about using
Iodine on pimples. I'm actually using it on just about everything I find on my skin that isn't normal skin color, haha, as I write this, I look like I have the chicken pox because of dotting it all over the place. Thank goodness none of you can see me!
But I hadn't thought of using it on my nails, so a few hours ago I applied
Iodine to several of my nails again, looked very funky, but has just about disappeared by now. And here I thought I was totally saturated by now. I'm up to 6 gtts
Lugol's 5% by now, with no horrible die-off except for wet nose. I've been doing this very slowly for months now. I don't know how much I am getting since I'm painting more and more every day besides ingesting. But I'm amazed at how good I feel. I'm the oldest person where I work, but seem to be the most energetic and cheerful person there...and I'm thinking it's all due to the Iodine.
I'm thinking I'm going to have to bathe in this
Iodine stuff! Just one time, fill the whole tub with Iodine and just soak. No, should probably dilute it a bit, eh? And then again, would the tub ever be white again. Okay, not a good idea. People, don't try this at home.
Today I took a whole handful of 2%
Lugol's and applied it to my fungus infested foot that I've had for 10 years now. My hand, of course, turned Iodine colored and I was sort of alarmed by that and thought that tomorrow I would have to explain my discolored hand to the customers at work and was trying to come up with an imaginative reason for this. But, here just a few hours later, it's all gone. Hand and foot and nails, all gone in just a few hours. I've been ingesting and painting for months now, I'm real puzzled that this disappeared so quickly. I've been putting the Iodine on larger and larger areas of my skin daily, and it just sinks in and disappears within hours.
I'm wondering just how Iodine depleted I am.???
Four days ago I went to have a hair cut and noticed a poster with a woman with the most beautiful reddish-brown hair (actually it was Iodine colored) and mentioned this to my hair dresser friend. He told me that he could dye my hair that color. I said, "no", of course, thanks to curezone knowing that dying ones hair is just putting more toxins into ones body.
And then 2 days ago I started putting Iodine into the VCO that I recently began putting into my hair as a substitute for mousee or gel (which really works well in my hair which is thick and curly) and today noticed that I got those reddish Iodine colored highlights in my hair. I'm so jazzed by this. Really really jazzed by this.
God Bless curezone.com and all it's posters
