I looked at the odine forum and had to quit after looking at the first post:
have been taking Lugol for the past month and I am now at 12 drops (vertical)/day.
I have two questions:
I have noticed that I am suffering from incredible indigestion, which I never had before. everything that I eat burn in my stomach until dawn.
Is this something to expect with the Lugol? Or perhaps it is related to the Papaya enzime that I take? The more indigestion, the more I consume papaya enzime, which really doesn't help all that much.
Shall I continue with the 12 drops or increase the daily dosage? I have yet to find any difference in my body since I started taking it, except that my depression has lifted a bit. Is this normal?

How crazy can these people be???????????????????????????? WHO ON EARTH are they asking such advice from? I don't care if they have a MD operating that forum; because if anyone had any sense, such a FORUM would have HUGE SKULL BONE and CROSS BONES at the top of that forum and if I had my say so, it would take up 50% of the front page at all times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BECAUSE IODINE aka LUGOL'S and all commercial medical and over counter IODINES are POISON and DEADLY and mostly not sold on the open market anymore.
I HIGHLY suggest the curezone put such warnings on such forums that have the POWER by false statements that can kill people/children. NO ONE is qualified to tell anyone how much IODINE to take INTERNALLY, because it is a POISON aka DRUG. Sure, you won't die when you take a few drops of lugols Iodine, but most people don't die when they take drugs/vitamins/metals, but down the road, they all have side effects.
Medically back 60 years ago Lugol's was associated with the shrinking of a man's testicals and sterilization of both male and female and loss of sexual desire, because who wants sex when your all damaged??? How do they know? I don't know, but the book listed 50 drugs with long term side effects and Lugol's was in the list of the top 50 and that book stopped me from taking it internally anymore and I NEVER EVER would have not taken it internally if it was not for the INSANE Dr. Hulda Clark and her ACID/STERILE ideas that she has lead millions down the wrong path..just seeing it in the Clark books today is warning enough to investagate, because she likes using deadly substances and believes in KILL/KILL/KILL.
WE ARE SO FOOLISH to believe authors just because they are popular. Then to trust forums?????????????????? General safe stuff is Ok to bounce around, but when any Tom, Dick, or Harry make an anomous post and says, OH YES, I take X amount of Lugols per day and its great, then you might have a thousands fools take the bait and try the same thing. We might as well have a support forum for every current drug on the market, I see no differance.
LUGOL's and all commericial IODINE is 100% safe when applied to your GARDEN and NO AMOUNT is known to be safe for a human. By safe, I mean NON TOXIC, I know for a fact, you take Lugol's is a very small dose on the skin and your hair will show it as a heavy metal being expelled out of the body along with lead/mercury/arsenic/aluminum/silver, etc., etc. YES, the Iodine does not KILL you any more than these metals do, as LONG AS you have an elimination system that can keep up and this NEVER EVER means th body could use this IODINE, it only proves the body wanted rid of it and is struggling to get rid of it as it clogs all of the elimination organs including the skin and hair.
There is not such thing as a SAFE non plant supplement, because if it did not come from the tree/plant, then it is toxic, because we can't assimulate and eliminate it as Naure designed us to do.
Lugol's has its place when a person can respect it for what it is, but the iodine support forum is like looking at drug addicts in the 7th grade, everyone a NOVICE and don't know if they should trust their pusher or not. Reminds me of everyone smoking their old man's ciggaretts and as they cough their brains out they are being told by the degenerates beside them that you will get use to it and its COOL.
Lugol's is in the class of silver water, both deadly substances as are all metalic liquids. The dose decides when you will die from the use of it. Because what goes in and don't come out, it what kills us in the long run and commercial vitamins also fit that catagory.

Very true MH.
Bottom line is we really have to be cautious about ANY therapy. This is what I find alarming about the iodine forum---detox, or for more appropriate wording, toxic reactions should be avoided at ALL COSTS, not encouraged. It appears to me that those supporting iodine in therapeutic doses welcome these toxic reactions as if they are expelling poisons???
I mean really when does it end? People are posting about their hair falling out, metal taste in their mouth, pain in their throat, breast milk turning yellow, severe indigestion, breathing problems... This is scary stuff, where is common sense???
I think people really need to listen to their body more…the body is intelligent and knows what is best, but we must listen very carefully. Pain is how the body tells us something is wrong; pain should be avoided.
Iodine has its place no doubt, but let's be sensible about it!

This is a reply to # 1,051,096I am glad I only read one post and got out of there, I would have had to put my 2 cents worth in and then they would have been demanding I be barred.
I can imagine well over 100,000 people have been damaged or prematurely have died because of the Hulda Clark Books and it took over 100 years of use of Lugol's Internally before it was eliminated. David Christopher teaches that when enough people die from drinking silver water and using DMSO, eventually they will stop (maybe when all the dumb ones are dead).
Many people seek dangerous substances, its just a fact of death. People want free of their body and want to die in asocially acceptable method. Just like the Amish couple I talked to a few months ago, they didn't want cured, the husband wanted his breastless wife DEAD and as soon as I told him the Morphine would kill her if they did not stop, two days later he had her in a coma from a over dose of the drug and had her dead by the end of the week. That was socially acceptable and I have no doubts the church gave him a new young girl to take care of his children, his house and his bed, because they breed 7 days a week year in and year out and the church makes sure they don't go with out and that is why the amish are the way they are.
Misserable people want to die and would so so quickly if it was acceptable. The day the government offers a free inceneration chamber, people will be put down as common as dogs/cats. The woman that started PETA? I believe she enjoyed MURDER, she sterilized herself at age 22 and seeks to kill every pet animal on the planet or until all animals live in the wild and not with humans. Her story shows she was in love with her DOG as a child and the ONLY LOVE she has ever known and has spent her life Sterilizing animals and putting them down when ever possible. People give her 25$$$$$$ million per year to fulfill her dreams. She loves to take a poor person's pet and kill it, she believes all animals should die rather than live with a human. Naturally to cover her problems up, she helped save abused animals and makes her business dual purpose. Drugs are DUAL PURPOSE with the real purpose bringing death quicker in an acceptable manner.
We have noticed the fda doesn['t chase down many today, lower populations are desirable and sick people promote medical business, so they are allowing many things to go freely anymore and the hospitals make more and more $$$$$$$$$$.

Did you ever wonder if many of our “so called” alternative healing modalities could also be a weapon against us????
What if all of this CRAP is just another way of keeping us sick? For example, cleansing of parasites, chelation of heavy metals, enemas, liver cleansing… it appears to me that most people simply get worse in the process of trying to get well???
Interestingly, we call the un-wellness (on the path of alternative healing) a “detox effect” and welcome it!
Let me make clear, that I do believe that certain body symptoms such as, cold symptoms, and additional bowel movements are positive indicators of the body cleansing and working towards healing, but when things like dental issues (decay, infections, gum recession) arise, pain and discomfort arise and skin problems arise then the body is NOT balanced and NOT getting what it needs to function properly!
I see this a lot on "most of" these forums (body depletion from imbalance, mostly due to following Clark's crazy cleansing protocols) and I simply scratch my head and wonder what are these people thinking???

I respect MH and enjoy reading his perspectives, that doesn't mean I agree with him 100%, but I do learn from him and respect his views. I take from him what makes sense to me, this is the way it should be.
Each day I learn, my perspectives can change as well, this is the way it should be.

at your reply to the above post because I just (literally, just today) began looking at your forum and its philosophy, and I saw this paragraph in your intro:

I think one certainly can state that. In fact, that is what I believe for the most part. It just was not clear to me that that is what he meant (reason I asked), nor was it clear to me that the poster he was criticizing above DIDN'T mean that. I am far to new to this forum to have any criticism of MH or his ideas, so that is why I said I was not trying to be a jerk. Just trying to learn. . .

I really can't speak for MH but I've known him long enough to know he speaks from this point of view (always). I find many of the new readers (even the fly-by-night critics) that drop-in easily get confused because they don't have the historical background to correctly interpret his comments.
A period of observation is always prudent. As you can imagine, misunderstanding creates hard feelings, bitterness, enemies, etc, and I find that unfortunate. You don't seem like that kind of individual, so that's refreshing.
Keep in mind this forum will engage you and challenge your beliefs. It will also push extreme ideals. Ideals are not always practical or obtainable, but you do the best you can, and I personally believe you can achieve better results with an ideal in mind rather than accepting mediocrity.
The mods here don't seem to censor different opinion and nobody here expects you to believe any gospel. MH will usually entertain debate which is also fun. The bottom line here is that Health is about your own responsibility and it can be achieved cheaply and simply without gimmicks or herbs, and most importantly by following nature.
These are the core principles discussed/espoused here. If you really embrace them, they can have a profound impact on your health and well-being. Take care.- Re: MH, I'm Confused. . . Sans Sucre

My thought pattern for the longest time around human health was, "Every one is different, every one needs some thing different." I'm sorry but im learning that this is wrong. Fundamentalists of the mind are where you have to stand your ground and fight to the death. When ANY one tries to preach to you how to socially engage in life, what comes after death, who is evil and who is not ext ext you must take it with a grain of salt and always remain open minded. When it comes to healing your physical body, it's black and white.
There are MANY colors when it comes to psychology and spirituality. I dont care what any one says about this, in mind altered experiences I tried to put things into simple boxes for comfort but it always just blew up on me. In that place, you have to let go if you dont you're going to trip bad. Dont assume that im only speaking of doing drugs. Every thing from astral projection, to meditation, holotropic breath work and in general natural forms of out of body work. In these places if you try and hold onto your ego or your RULES you're in for a miserable experience.
The golden keys, dont hurt your self. Dont hurt others unless deffending your self, and a premptive attack is not deffense it violates this rule. The first rule is violated when you're constantly poisoning your body. That is a form of hurting your self, probably the worst. A toxic body will most likely lead to violating the second rule. Those are the only fundamentalist ideols ANY one should follow and following the first rule is ENTIRELY fundamentalist. It's black and white. I dont believe people when they say, "Nothing is black and white." We live in three dimensional space, we may not entirely know what all the rules here are but I guarentee you they are not bendable once learned.
When it comes to helping the human body, ie your temple I think it is entirely rule based. If you allow your body to fall into chaos it will not function properly. It is a biological machine, all though very durable it requires specific conditions to survive long term.
To simplify, when it comes to spirtuality let go of rules let go of your ego and embrace. When it comes to healing your physical body, there are no variations you either do it right or sooner or later lead your self to premature death.- "When it comes to healing your physi... b2reflect
