MoreSo against my better judgment I've been incrementally high dosing on Lugol's. If I can I can confirm some dangers on myself, at least I can speak with greater authority on the potential dangers to others.
I will also be getting some plant-based Iodine from Barefoot soon and be experimenting extensively with that. Compare, contrast, evaluate, etc.

I look forward to hearing about your progress/regress. Boy, everyone is getting into these photo ops lately. It is very nice to put a face on thoughts and feelings, it really makes it more personal. You are a very handsome man, so nice to be surrounded by thoughtful, deep and interesting people.

Not so much a photo-op but a realization that I've been on curezone a long time and I think its good to put a face with the words. In fact, I've actually been contemplating this a long time. I don't know why, but I think it makes a difference in what you choose to write and maybe how others choose to respond back? I'm not sure.

Perhaps sometime I will take a picture of my a$$ and post it for all to see, I'll still be anonymous! I think that would be a really interesting pic, maybe I'll even paint a face on it first!
Perhaps if I get bored sometime I may do that.

This is a reply to # 1,042,632I read a few websites where the rule is to take supplements so many days on and then stop for the same amount of days. They say they have more success with helping the patients that way. So I've been taking Lugols 1 day on and 1 day off to see if it worked and it is actually working quite well. I started with 2 drops. Then tried 4 drops and 2 iodoral. It seems as long as I give my body the break to take care of business I don't seem to have the negative effects that I did when I first started taking Lugols daily without the breaks. I've only been doing it for a few weeks this way. But so far so good.

This is a reply to # 1,042,890I do that with vitamins and supplements too. I take them during the week. On weekends I don't. I think the body should not be spoiled into believing it doesn't have to hunt for the nutrition. If supply is plentiful, it will be lazy.

This is a reply to # 1,042,632Hopefully you have read all the FAQs on detox on the other forum. I have been taking high doses since April. I have had no problems, except a couple of "colds", which in my mind were cleansings. I have had vision improvements, and I have gotten off all my medications since July. I also got rid of my fibromyalgia - hallelujah - no more pain!
The big caution in taking high doses is to manage the detox. It requires good elimination (3 BMs per day) and breaks to let the body catch up with the massive eliminations.
