"I have actually been taking Tripspa Energy because of obvious reasons (energy)."
Is that trimspa energy?
If so, I would immediately get rid of it...
Other ingredients...
"Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Magnesium STearate, Hypromellose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Yellow No. 6 Aluminum Lake, Titanium Dioxide."
Read about the synergistic effects of aluminum with fluoride etc... you need to google and read about their synergistic effects; you will no longer take it or anything with
food coloring s/aluminum etc. ever again. Titanium is, since the mid-90's or so, starting to receive some bad press as well.
Wean yourself off onto energy enhancing herbal teas instead. Find a green that you like, perhaps yerba matte, or Pu Erh... my two favorites. I have two big mugs a day usually. This along with attention to hydration will help you normalize your body.
Both Pu Erh and Matte are cholesterol normalizing teas. Upping the good HDL.
"I feel great aside of the bloating and such."
It could be the trimspa along with the ibuprofen that is causing some of your problems. If you take the ibuprofen for pain and inflammation, try using ginger root in your cooking/salad prep or a good ginger tea. A few pieces of ginger root candy (be sure to get organic and raw
Sugar produced) will work too. You can also use cayenne. pb3049 stated to take enzymes... bromelain and papain will also help this. There is also catsclaw and a slew of other good herbs.
If you take it for headaches, it is most likely a hydration issue or mineral imbalance, which could be exacerbated by the ibuprofen and/or trimspa... the aluminum and other isolated ingredients in the trimspa, use up your body's store of certain minerals, if available, when they bind to the ingredients in the product in an effort to protect the body from them.
"My bowel movements are I think normal. I go at least once a day if not then twice. Sometimes....like yesterday...I didn't go but passed lots of gas. :(
Very embarassing!!! To say the least."
You should have at least 2 and sometimes 3 bowel movements a day. I have 3 and sometimes 4... when I only have 2, I am very aware that I need to rethink my food choices. Eat raw cultured foods for the probiotics, perhaps get yourself a good enteric coated probiotic supplement as pb3049 suggested.
The raw cultured foods and probiotics will help with energy issues as the "good" bacteria is what helps us humans produce B vitamins in our intestines... they also enhance the absorption of minerals and vitamins in foods.
"My food intake is healthy, I think. No pasta, No rice, No bread, No processed foods, little table sugar. Mainly fruits and veggies (little veggies) and lean meats."
Replace all refined food products... never used refined salts or sugars if you can help it; or before you do, study their use and purpose as medicine; that is what refined foods are, they are no longer "food". Use...
Unrefined
Sea Salt
Unrefined sugars - raw local honey, maple syrup, sorghum molasses, rapadura
Sugar or a raw turbinado.
Unrefined cold pressed oils... my primary oils are coconut for cooking, olive for cold dressings and such, and organic cultured real butter.
Unrefined grains... primarily brown rice, quinoa, spelt, millet...

"I don't drink....but I do smoke."
Change to organic tobacco... I think "American Spirit" is one commonly found brand.
"I do think a good idea would be to have my doc. take a mineral test. That may be helpful. Years ago (3 years ago for 2.5 yrs) I had problems with my menstral cycle that led me to weeks of a period followed by a few days off (no more than a weeks off) then it started again all over again for 3-4 weeks of my cycle.
i found out that I was pregnant 2 months after my doc. put me on a very high hormone birth-control pill. He kept upping my dose when I knew that something was wrong. I was gaining weight (23lbs), very tired all of the time, and very moody (lol, lack of sleep) and other things that I found myself feeling.
He later (2 months later) found out I was pregnant and said that's where the weight gain came from. Then my body was trying to miscarry to no avail. They had to do a DNC. I decided that since my family and I were moving out of state to just find another dr. there and not see this one again. I was on a roller coaster...."
It is little wonder you were on a roller coaster... research side effects of any medication you have used, or cosmetics for that matter...
"My new doc. said that I was moderate to borderline severe displaysia."
This could have easily been a result of all the things you did under the direction of the previous doctor along with your lifestyle habits, if I understood your history correctly.

There is misinformation out there and you will run into it. The two first links ARE great starting points and essential information. Forums run the gamut... do not read personal conflict posts and such; no one has time for that. Take what fits and resonates with you, what you can use now, what you can work on and into your life later etc. etc. My diet and efforts are still, constantly in a state of flux towards the better.
My best and good luck...
