Basically the 1st website was created by things mentioned on the curezone, which anyone in the world can go and look at. http://www.108pages.com sounds like a good web address for the yearly booklet, etc. All informational websites would be great. I doubt very much we would have a website where people could buy anything on line again. The http://www.obeynature.com website had that oppurtunity and still refuses to give what was given to them as a business transaction and they chose to do so and continue to choose. This is not good and not worth the risk of a customer being ripped off. So for now informational websites are great. I don't know how to build one and those that do and want to spend their time doing so is great.

Yes, it seems like a serious situation and I think if this is the case we should proceed with caution. However, we are only hearing one side of the story from the suppose it victim because being in a emotional mindset.

I think we should invite the other site to comment on what is really the situation and hear the other side before we proceed to cause trouble any trouble with credit card processors and merchant accounts just becauue we haven't done our due diligence in the matter.

But I think the invotation to explain the situation needs to come from MH or a party that is affected by the situation and needing the refunds mentioned.

I think we should STOP, LOOK, and LISTEN before we jump of the cliff of accusation.

Beware that whatever judgement you mite will be mited back to you 10 fold and it happens believe me because I was not always merciful but was quick to judge but have learned a hard lesson about that in a very enlightening way. It is just amazing to see that how those who judge are prosperous one moment then stripped down to being penniless shortly after a judgemental situation.

From what I have found out, the credit card company has the power to retreive any money issued by them, they all have a complaint form or phone number to contact and then the company that took the credit card money has no choice but to return the money to the account of the customer or they would risk loosing the right to do business with Master card and Visa. This is why I always use these 2 cards, they can only pay a visa and mastercard accounts and they can and will retrieve what was stolen or if a product was trash, etc.

If Visa knows you didn't get your product, they can simply retrieve the money from the company unless they can prove otherwise, etc. At least this is the experience I have had. Now if you really have some theives who take the money and then shut down and change names and use a new person's name to reopen again under another name, then you may have a problem. The obeynature.com claims they lost the money because it was sent to another account, now anyone with common sense would know it only takes a phone call to retreive that money, if it was an accident. If the money was sent to another account and not retrievable it was probably because they were robbing Mary to pay Paul and I believe that is what these 2 guys are envolved in because they refuse to provide one shred of evidence of who or what has the money and can only pay back small percentages at a time, they refuse to pay by credit card or get a loan, so I assume they have had problems in the past that are catching up with them from other sources as well. Regardless of the true facts that are kept secret, they screwed up, one did allot of work that was paying off extremely well and for some real stupid or desperate reason they took the chance of using allot of money that was not theirs and hurt allot of customers that were loyal to them, it is obvious that they didn't care what they did once they had their hands on enough money that they thought was worth the chance.

They had a handfull of opportunities to correct their problem and keep the website and money rolling their way and they chose not to and most likely have so many money problems they couldn't.

Their scheme in the first place is to scan the curezone and who knows all where else and look for opportunities to offer a "FREE" website. The person says ok and the next thing you know they want money to use a visa and mastercard to colect a customer's money, that seems fair enough and then you get contacted by the buddy who runs the money side and he gets nasty and claims the other partner did this way too cheap and their efforts are worth way more than previously agreed to, so you settle once again for more! Then when they start saying they need to hold the money so in case they need to refund a customer you let them slide and then when they have slid so far they about break you, you ask for the money and they don;t have it, a glitch stole the money by accident and they can't bag or borrow to cover the problem and say the bets solution is to keep selling the products and allow them time to fix the problems.

Now I am a trusting kinda of person, but after X amount of stories I just say pay up. I owe my credit cards and you can owe yours and when they refuse, you know their stories may just all be stories. You just never know now a days who you can trust.

The only way on this earth I would even consider such a website again is to meet the people in charge. Otherwise I say let them buy wholesale and retail them selves, which several have been doing on the internet and out of their homes. One young Amish family started selling the dewormer, kidney cleanse and lower bowel capsules ONLY, he knew the money makers and he started this just the same time as http://www.obeynature started up and this one Amish family has sold more dewormer than this worldwide website did. The world does not evolve around the internet, it just reaches people easier!

Your story remined me of 2 of my own nightmares. I once took a homeless person (young girl with baby) around to 12 Charities associtated with the United Way. All 12 refused her help and all 12 had women over 300# behind fancy desk. I concluded all charity money supports thieves in general and rarely ever does a dime reach a poor person. The website in trouble was basically described by your story! Very similar situation, etc.

If I didn't work in a factory I most likely would ship same day or next day, but as it is I try to not let the packages stack up to far behind. If I concentrated on the top 4 products I would never get behind, it is the odd orders that take so much time make.

It is sad that 1 bad apple can spoil the basket. The http://www.obeynature.com website had possibilities and the inventors trashed it them selves and that doesn't seem to make much sense. Some years ago the Alphaomega.com website was what I considered the best cancer website in the world and it drawfed the obeynature website in every way shape and form. I helped transform that website owner into a real cancer website, before me he had no clue about parasites/stones and allowing the body to heal its self, he was into selling all the old time cancer treatments as rock bottom prices world wide and was doing over $100,000 a month easily as well as owned the largest soybean website in the world and worked with countries such as Russia on how to feed the world cheaply. This owner couldn't see past the money and I warned him for 2 years that he was heading for serious problems and when it came, they came in black cars and stripped his computors, confiscated all his products and burned them as well as went to his home and took what they wanted and he ended up broke and in federal prison. His fellow website buddy created sunrise.com and is one of the largest crooks to ever play on the intternet, he has taken more people's credit cards for a ride than anyone I could imagine and is politically connected enough that he gets away with allot of it. He has 3 names and ss numbers and keeps 1 step in front of the law and yet has huge websites advertising products he has never had.

I was out to Utah not long ago and Sandra Elis is the top teacher that replaced Richard Shulze at The School of Natural Healing and her and her husband told my wife and I that they got lured into a deal with a guy on the Internet and when all was said and done they were basically bankrupted and were moving to another home at the time we were there. An extremely kind and loving family who would do anything foer the sick and poor and were suckered into a bad deal on the internet. I just mentioned the guys that made the obeynature.com website could help her and she wasn't about to be burned again and SAID NO THANKS, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! I am glad she turned that suggestion down knowing what I do now.

I personaly believe the internet is extremely corupted and it is easy for thieves to hide their faces from the law with fake names and addresses, etc. I can imagine many lives have been harmed from the use of the intternet. I am glad my children have no desire to look at it.

Like all things in life, there are good and there are evil choices.
