There are not many people who stay around for 4 years and can remember what has been discussed.
Over the years I have made notes if I thought it might help people, though it has nothing to do with my own problems. It is very time consuming answering questions and not everybody has time for it.

Thanks, hopinso. Very helpful. Congested liver and constant spasms under rt ribcage for so many years is making me rather grumpy as of late!! Perseverence in looking up everything here is the answer and courage, too! Not offended, just hoping something will work soon. Visited julie Chen's site sensiblehealth.com today, talked to her on phone and ordered her herbal pkg to go along with the grapefruit and olive oil. She was great, too. I think she will coach on the phone when doing her program.
So much for the grumpy newbie! Hope to start this flush in a few days and see what happens with the biliary colic and pain under my rt. ribcage. Does anyone here know if most follow Dr. Hulda Clark 's routine, or is the flush a personal preference of trial and error? Hello Naturalist. You sound like my cup of tea after 19 years of strugglig with this liver/stones problem after having gall bladder out.
I have tried the lime juice and egg yolk. Nothing seemed to come of it. Tried the garlic/ginger etc., flush every morning of Dr. Schulze and mobilized something because pain got so bad, then the vomiting and bloating under my right rib cage like I had at least a basketball under there or something. I quit these usual morning Liver Flushes because I didn't accompany them with the rest of his herbal tinctures and the pain and other symptoms got so bad. Have done a complete Liver Flush of Schulze before and nothing became of it. Also use his kidney tea quite a lot. I am type 2 diabetic, so have to watch the Sugar in the freshly squeezed apple juice. I know that PainStress center in San Antonio, TX has pharmaceutical grade mallic acid, but need to get that if I am going to do with apple flush. Anybody know of another good resource for mallic acid? Still have lots of pain like spasms in that area and bloating. Need to get to a progam and go for broke and not stop when the pain and other symptoms start. Have sent for a program with the 4 ingredients from sensiblehealth.co., but it isn't here yet. 2 years post gall bladder surgery I was put in the hospital and given deseryl and klonopin for the pain. Needless to say I got addicted and the rest of the story was fighting for my life for quite a while to get off the benzos with the pain and symptoms still there as well as lots of crystallized substances in my blood from the drugs according to darkfield microscope study. So don't know what is in my liver now except the drugs did not do anything for me but put me near the grave. It feels like a tire pump under my right rib cage blowing it up all the time. Sleeping on my back is hard now as it was pre gallbladder surgery. Like it swells up and nothing can come out. I know about chanca piedra and am getting some of that, too. So you have a little background now and maybe you have some ideas.

I forgot to mention that I am using the castor oil packs on the l/gb area and they are giving some relief of pain. I hesitate to say, but yes, I do have some medical background. Have left most of it in the dust because most of it is such a lie. Have studied all I can of natural medicine in the last 15 years and am just so convinced it is the best way to go. Am alive because of it after the drug situation and believe in it wholeheartedly. So I am ready to go on the Liver Flush and do it right and until I get results and relief. My lab tests for liver function are normal, so I dont see a problem.
