Eczema - Prevention & Curing Protocol
About Eczema
If you or your child have symptoms of eczema, that is a clear sign of hypersensitivity to food and/or to some environmental triggers.
If your doctor tells you that your Eczema is not triggered by diet and it has nothing to do with diet, change your doctor or become your own doctor by following guidelines on those pages.
What are the most common foods that trigger eczema in babies, kids and adults?
On top of the list are common industrial food additives.
examples of food additives that can trigger eczema are:
sugar, corn syrup, sulfites, nitrates, nitrites, sorbates, citrates, food colorings, artificial sweeteners etc.
Other common triggers are gluten, lactose and fructose.
Another large group of food are foods known as histamine liberators and foods known as high histamine foods.
Histamines are natural chemicals produced by the body and are also present in many foods. Histamines are released by the body during times of stress, allergy, infectious diseases etc. In an allergic response, an allergen stimulates the release of antibodies, which attach themselves to mast cells.
What foods are known as histamine liberators?
Foods that stimulate release of histamine from mast cells are called histamine liberators. Even foods low on histamines can be histamine liberators.
Examples of histamine liberator foods are:
Sugar, Chocolate, Corn syrup, dextrose
Food additives
Artificial sweeteners like aspartame, sorbitol, xylitol
Sweet and sour tropical fruits like bananas, avocado, papayas, kiwi, pineapple, mango
Citrus fruits like lemon, lime, oranges, grapefruits, mandarins, clementines, tangerines
Sweet common fruits like grapes, figs, dates
Berries like strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, cranberries
Pea, lentil
Spices, most herbal spices including black pepper, sweet pepper
Nightshades like tomatoes, aubergines
Tree-nuts and peanuts, including walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans etc.
Shellfish including oysters, prawns, blue shells
Egg white
Pumpkin
Spinach
Foods that are particularly high in histamines and other vasoactive amines include but are not limited to:
Fermented drinks like champagne, wine, beer, cider and other fermented drinks and spirits
Sauerkraut and other pickled foods
Vinegar and foods containing it such as dressings, pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard
Tofu and soya sauce
Parmesan cheese and most other cheeses
Sausages and most other processed meats (ham, salami, gammon, bacon)
Mushrooms and quorn
Tinned and smoked fish (tuna, salmon, herring) and crustaceans
Prepared salads, salads with dressings
Tinned vegetables
Dried fruit, seeds, nuts
Yeast extract, yeast
Chocolate, cocoa, cola
Another group of foods that commonly trigger eczema are common food allergens.
Top 8 allergens in western world are:
milk and diary, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, fish, crustacean shellfish and tree nuts.
These 8 foods account for about 90% of all food allergies, and can be tested by common igE blood tests and scratch tests.
You can react on those 8 foods even if you have no igE allergy to any of those foods!
Is there a difference between allergies and other form of hypersensitivity like food intolerance?
Yes.
If you are allergic to something, there are allergy tests that can easily show high levels of IgE antibodies.
If you are just hypersensitive, without being allergic, an allergy test may be negative, while the food may still be a very strong eczema trigger.
So, negative IgE antibodies level test is in no way proof that your baby, your child or you can tolerate any food.
Intolerance to histamines can not be shown by IgE antibodies tests. This is because reactions to histamine are not caused by an IgE food allergy – the cause is histamine intolerance.
Diagnosis of histamine intolerance and most other forms of hypersensitivity is usually made by a person trialling a low-histamine diet for a couple of days or weeks, and seeing if their symptoms improve. Blood tests that claim to be helpful in measuring levels of histamine or the level of the enzyme that normally breaks histamine down are not reliable.
Treatment of histamine intolerance consists of avoiding histamine-rich foods and avoiding histamine liberators.
Most often, eczema is triggered by hypersensitivity to foods and other substances that our body is unable to process. These substances are 'foreign' to our bodies.
What environmental triggers are common eczema triggers?
- cats
- dogs
- laundry detergent
- chemicals present in drinking water like chlorine, fluoride, pollutants
- chemicals present in the air of the house, black mold, paints
- carpets
- cosmetics and perfumes
- chemicals used for washing floors and windows
- chemicals used for treatment of furniture
- dust mites
- interior paints
- wallpapers
- colorful magazines and newspapers
- pesticides, herbicides, artificial fertilizers
- all other foreign chemicals
Eczema Home Remedies
Rotation-elimination diet:
eliminate high histamine foods, common allergens as well as foods known as histamine liberators.
What is the underlying cause of allergies and intolerance?
The underlying cause of allergies are all substances that have potential to cause damage to intestinal microbiota, adrenal glands, intestines, liver, kidneys.
Also included are all substances that may have caused damage to the intestinal microbiota in parents and grandparents. Medications given to parents and grandparents may be the reason why baby has developed hypersensitivity.
Few examples of things that have been found to cause serious damage to intestinal microbiota, and by doing so to cause allergies
- antibiotics
- synthetic steroidal hormones and medications based on steroidal hormones
- synthetic hormonal birth control including the pill and Mirena
Liver is the main organ inside human body who's function is to process substances that are 'foreign' to our body and to make them "friendly".
Conventional treatment of allergies is most commonly directed to block the immune response, or in more severe cases, to suppress the entire immune function with steroids, both topical and systemic. While this approach can provide symptomatic relief, it does nothing to address the underlying cause of the problem. Patients often become dependent on their medication, they suffer from numerous side effects, and most importantly, they worsen their overall health by constantly suppressing the immune system.
The circulatory system of the liver is unlike that seen in any other organ. Of great importance is the fact that a majority of the liver's blood supply is venous blood! The pattern of blood flow in the liver can be summarized as follows:
Roughly 75% of the blood entering the liver is venous blood from the portal vein.
Importantly, all of the venous blood returning from the small intestine, stomach, pancreas and spleen converges into the portal vein.
One consequence of this is that the liver gets "first pickings" of everything absorbed in the small intestine, which, as we will see, is where virtually all nutrients are absorbed.
So, it is liver's job to process all the foods that your intestines have been absorbing.
The remaining 25% of the blood supply to the liver is arterial blood from the hepatic artery.
If you've developed allergies, an you are not a baby, you most likely have liver and gall bladder malfunction due to numerous intrahepatic stones and/or gallstones.
Many allergies are caused by primary liver stones (intrahepatic stones).
Leaky gut syndrome is another problem.
Liver stones are also one of the many important cofactors.
Poor liver and gallbladder function may be an important cofactor in candidiasis- candida overgrowth - infection.
Candida overgrowth - infection is the main cofactor in Leaky gut.
So, there is a direct link between intrahepatic stones, leaky gut, candida and allergies.
Intrahepatic stones are usually the first to start forming, or in the same time as gallstones are forming.
Intrahepatic stones block liver function and intestinal function.
Intrahepatic stones cause allergies and celiac disease.
Intrahepatic stones may be sucked into gallbladder, while naturally passing by, through main bile duct (after a fatty meal), and may be joining stones that are already there - genuine gallstones, or may be the first stones to be inside gallbladder.
There is direct casual link between intrahepatic stones and leaky gut.
Most of the allergies come as a result of the decreased integrity of the mucous membranes that become 'leaky' to the numerous foreign substances, along with the repeated exposure to these substances.

Now, I assume that you know something about what is causing Eczema, so we can continue with the Eczema program.
Eczema Diet
Let's start with most simple part of this program: Eczema diet. When it comes to diet, it is very important to avoid eating Toxins and Foods that Kill. Please follow those links and learn what are The Toxins I am talking about and what are those " Foods that Kill". Now, important part of your diet should also be Water Cure. Please, become familiar with Water Cure. Your Diet should contain: Foods That Heal, Vegetable juices, Fats that Heal, Unrefined Sea Salt. Also, try to understand food tolerance. You can not find the right Eczema diet, unless you fully understand and learn about food tolerance.
Take some time to implement and learn all what you have read here, and then continue reading further.
Body Cleansing (Eczema)
Now, let's start with body cleansing. Body cleansing is extremely important part of every prevention and curing program. You are guessing: "Dietary changes you made are also a form of cleansing." But, most people need more then this, especially when it comes to liver health. Body Cleansing is even important for children. Our internal organs can hold a lot toxins, and sometimes, it is impossible to get those toxins out, without doing cleansing. Our liver can contain hundreds of intrahepatic stones. Those stones will block bile flow, and affect the bases of your health, your digestion. Another problem are parasites. You must learn as much as possible about parasites. And, don't forget also dental toxins.
Let start with cleansing program. You are suppose to do cleansing in this order:
- Bowel cleanse with parasite cleanse
- Dental cleanup (if you can afford it)
- Kidney Cleanse and
- Liver cleanse.
Body Cleansing for Adults:
- Bowel cleanse and Parasite cleanse !
- Dental cleanup - dental work may be one cofactor of your disease: amalgam, root canal, nickel crowns, cavitations (pocket inside jaw bone left after extraction of the wisdom and molar teeth )
- Kidney cleanse
- Liver cleanse and Gallbladder cleanse -liver flush!
Make sure you visit those pages and get more
info. Dental cleanup can take many years. If you have a lot of dental metal, do
not rush to replace it all at once.
Bowel cleanse should be done at least once a
year.
Liver cleanse is a procedure that, for best
results, should be repeated at least 6 - 10 times, every 2 or 3 weeks.
Kidney cleanse is simple and cheap, many herbs can be used to cleanse kidneys.
If you have no kidney stones, even
Water
Cure could be enough!
Body Cleansing for kids:
-
Dental cleanup .. Kids older then 8 may need dental cleanup (amalgam) and liver cleanse:
