Day..something.. still going strong master cleanse, update Ok so I haent given up my tall non-fat, no whip pumpkin spice latte..but other than that I'm still on this master cleanse. I'm obviously not getting the ultimate benefits of the cleanse.. however I'm having fantastic releases during my colon sessions so I'm going tocontinue on since its how I'm able to handle doing this.
