Day 1.. good day 1 master cleanse I forget I need to work through the cravings and not give in.. i had cravings all day and instead of recognizing them and working through them i continue to try to confirm in my head this isn't right when i know how wonderful it feels... i did survivie but i have got to kep my head in the game!
