Fast and Flush (Triple SWF) II
Triple Salt Water Flush II
Date: 9/17/2007 8:33:11 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2333 times Going into this second triple flush, it was my intent to follow the same protocol as the first. Didn’t work out that way, though. Started the morning with a breakfast of apples and oatmeal and around lunchtime a cocktail mix of colonix and cayenne pepper mixed into orange juice. The rest of the day was going to be water and a lax tea at bedtime. I figured it would all pass through by morning.
Well, didn’t quite go as planned. Got home in the evening and a dinner of hamburgers was waiting for me.
Sigh … OK forget the “fast” just eat. And eat. And eat. Had the hamburgers. And string beans and a salad. Later had some ice cream… couple of oranges. Munchies for a bag of popcorn and, later, a bunch of peanuts and walnuts. (Peanuts and walnuts make a great substitutes for a fiber supplement – pushes right through you. If you are constipated you might want to try that). Sigh… Oh, well.
So, next morning, had a decent BM, especially with the effect of the colonix. Later had another decent BM especially with the effect of the popcorn and nuts. Pretty surprised. All that went in came out … so it seemed. Decided I’d go for the flush, anyway.
But first, mixed 2 quarts of saltwater for a pre-rinsing enema. It’s about 11:30 am. Did 2 cups firsts. Evacuated that. Then did the remainng six cups. Nothing more solid came out, just a lot of residual “murky sedimentation” over the next hour. I was good to go.
1:00pm drank 2 cups of water w/an EmergenC for pre-hydration, and at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm drank my quarts of salt water. The eliminations overlapped and became increasing clearer with less sedimentation. Started eating again around 6pm, which still overlapped additional eliminations. But in the end, virtually clear, colorless and sediment free. (Not completely, but close). As with the first try, it definitely took 3 cycles to clear out.
