The Total Internal Purge - More than just a Triple Flush

Combining various protocols for a weekend of total internal cleansing

I’ve written about my liver flushes, I’ve posted about my enemas, I’ve posted about my Salt Water Flushes, I’ve posted about a number things. But this about a day of total purging.

I decided that once a week, at most 2 weeks, I would totally flush. Just a “one end to the other intestinal cleansing”. I really don’t “feel” any different, but psychologically, a clean sweep. I won’t go into the genesis of it all, just what I did this weekend. It borrows from many protocols. Whether or not they actually do anything, I don’t know, but this is what I have added to the process and it may vary from flush to flush.

So, starting on Saturday, I ate light. Whatever you are going eat, just eat. I chose to avoid meat and junk food and everything else was fair game. My intent was to stop at sunset, but I had the midnight munchies and ended up eating a lot then, too. But I was smart about it. Mainly fruits.

Sunday is fast day (solid food). (By the way, I am currently on Humaworm – So I started at 7am with water and 2 Humaworm caps). Drank water all morning. I work Sunday afternoon, so about an hour before I left, I drank a mix of Apple Cider Vinegar + ½ tsp of baking soda, ½ tsp of cayenne pepper and ¼ tsp of ground clove. (Even though clove is in the humaworm formula and used to destroy parasite eggs, it’s used also for reducing blood sugar, so I wanted to include that.) Before I would mix it with 8 oz of OJ, but I found it easier just to gulp it down straight and THEN follow it with the OJ w/a pack of EmergenC added. Just before I left, I heated up a half a glass of milk and added 1 tbsp of Black Strap Mollases and drank that down, too. Taste pretty good.

Around 6, after I got home. I drank another ACV mix. (took my Humaworm about an hour later). Water 'til about 10 and then sometime after that, a Smoothe Move Lax Tea.

Monday Morning. (Start with my Humaworm at 7 am) Water in the morning. Wait until the Smoothe Move kicks in. (Note: my blood sugar generally has run just over a hundred to occasionally the 120’s and occasional dips below 100 – I haven’t tried this combination before and was shocked to see a reading of 83. I don’t remember a reading that low – maybe an anomaly – who knows, but it is what it is). So, the Smoothe Move kicks in, and kicks out the remnants of the weekend. (I never did have a Sunday bowel movement)

At this point I did a Salt Water Enema. The purpose is get a lower bowel rinse prior to the SWF. Loaded up 2 quarts. Took a quick cup or 2. Held less than 30 seconds and let it out. A lot of sludge. Even that 2 cups in 30 seconds was enough to get high up and still had some follow up releases over the next 30 minutes. Took the rest easily. Again a quick release after a minute. What was in my lower bowel came out clean. Again, a lot went higher up and released several times over the next hour. Each progressively cleaner. Drank more water. Waited an hour and did my first SWF. (Edited note: I have been adding a pinch of Epsom Salt to my 2 tsp of seasalt. Don't know if it hepls, but it doesn't hurt.)It’s around 11:30am. An hour later before anything purged, I drank a second quart. Over the next couple of hours what came became progressively clearer with less debris. It seemed pretty clear with little sedimentation. But at this point I did another enema. It pulled out a little more sedimentation. I followed with one more SWF. By the end of the next hour the water was clear, no sedimentation, slightly yellow. Can’t get any cleaner than that. I felt fine. My weight had actually gone up during the day. Obviously some water retention had taken place.

So when I was finished with all of that, I took a couple probiotic caps, ate a yogurt, then I drank what I drank on Sunday. The milk and mollases, later followed by the acv Mix. Then a little later, I put the following in a food processor, practically liquefying it: Cucummbers, lettuce, Greenpeppers, Carrots, Celery, Cottoage Cheese, Olive Oil. Ate/slurped it down. Had some salmon later. Had an apple, had a banana later. Hey, I was hungry. But, never put any garbage in, after being so cleaned out.

Also, on Day 20 of humaworm, and with that thorough cleansing, never saw anything unusual.

Physically, didn’t feel any different. But knowing how clean you are, definitely affects your frame of mind and you don’t want to eat anything garbagy.

(One more note: One hour after the milk/molasses, I expected a sugar spike, but it only went to 128. Not bad at all. It is now 7:45 pm. I had a lot to eat. Doing one more sugar test and … it reads … 134. Again, that’s really good. We’ll see what it is in the morning.)

Note: added 11/12/07
The following morning my blood sugar stayed up around 130, the next day 150?!?!?!?!, but 119 later in the day. That made no sense at all. The last couple of days under 110. Just can't find any consistency or correlation to what I am doing, just yet.
