new fast

starting over

i'm starting over on my fast because i couldn't resist having a slice of pizza this weekend. i was able to fast for the four days that i work but seeing that i have three day weekends its kind of hard to resist because im always home and im board so i eat. i need to get out more go for walks or something to keep my mind off food. i gain about 7lbs back this weekend. i may have lost some because i did do some cleaning around the house and sweat alot. i also mowed the lawn in my sauna suit and the sweat was pooring off. well i go back to work tomorrow the fast begins. this time my goal is to fast for the four days i work. if i can go on then i will. i plan to do more on the weekends to keep my mind off food. my sister is suppost to come over so we'll probably walk into town or something. i'll start off on a water and green tea fast then i'll try juicing. we'll see how things go.
