I GOT UP LATE THIS MORNING. I DID PLAN ON GETTING ON MY TREADMILL. I ALSO WANTED TO MAKE A COUPLE BOTTLES OF THE LEMONADE TO BRING TO WORK BUT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME. THINGS ARE NOT WORKING OUT TODAY. I DIDN'T BRING ANY MONEY WITH ME TO WORK BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO RISK BREAKING MY FAST BY GETTING SOMETHING FROM THE VENDING MACHINE. SO I'LL DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.

GOAL: DRINK AT LEAST 6 20oz BOTTLES OF WATER. JUMP ON TREADMILL FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. WEIGH IN AGAIN. MAKE LEMONADE.
