I began my day with a cup of tea, then around 12 o'clock I ate a banana before doing my workout. Banana is a great protein fruit. After my workout, I had so much energy and didn't feel hungry. It's 3:40 now and I'm thinking of eating my meal of the day around 5 or 6 o'clock. I will write after exactly what I ate.
Question---> Does stationary bike make your thighs smaller or bigger?
