Need to focus and need an answer to my questions
I’m going to start my fast tomorrow. I need to be focus. No one answered my question. I asked if I will lose fat on my face if I do a 30 days juice fasting? Please I need an answer. Will I have the same effect if I lose 30 lbs by exercise and dieting? Will people notice that I lost 30 lbs? Tomorrow a new day. visit the page day 0 17 y
day 0-- 30 days to go
I’m starting my juice fasting tomorrow. The longest that I did was 6 days but this time I’m going to try to do the full 30 days. I want to cleanse my body completely and have the same feeling that everybody is talking about.During the juice fast, I could like to lose some weight especially on the face. So my question is will I lose fat on the face if I do a 30 days juice fasting? After the fast I thought of going on the warrior diet and start exercising (i hate that). Yep that’s all for today.
