Yes thought of doing the 30 days juice fasting but I'm so scared to gain the weight back like some people did. So I thought of doing the warrior diet for the rest of my like like my brother. He lost more than 70 lbs on this diet. I think 70 lbs in 4 or 5 months. He's lean and looks younger. He started the diet 3 years ago and still doing it. I'm going to start the warrior diet tomorrow.
