well starting day 1
highest weight has been 228 current weight is 170 fasting to get to 145 by augusr 10th
Date: 7/16/2007 11:47:59 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 1921 times i am starting day one it will conisist of two juice boxes 100% juice and 21 oz water . i will drink that all day. I am 21 years old i am six feet tall my goal is to weigh around 135-140 where i feel the most comfartbale at. I have been overweight my whol life. Last year January i reached my highest weight at 228lbs. i then went on to an low calorie diet to lose the weight i dropped to 159 by october. with the holidays i went back to 175. i lost 5 and right now i am 170. i woul love be 145 when i go to miami. for me that will proabaly be an size 6 or 7 since i am an 10 right now. we will see. Please i would love the support to keep me going i will do this i have not choice. wish me luck i will post every morning.
