Date: 6/19/2007 9:35:17 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2981 times Today was challenging. It is hard at work when people are always talking about food and ordering out for lunch. I came home at lunch and made some juice. I did end up eating a hand full of sunflower seeds and 5 pistachios’s making sure to chew till they were liquid. Also I ate 1 carrot and a bite of avocado. I hope this doesn’t hinder the effects of juicing. I just think that with working full time, going to school at night and trying to exercise the juice won’t be enough to sustain all that. My aunt who is a total vegan and avid faster said it shouldn’t be a problem and that I probably do need extra energy/protein since I’m so busy. I also got some ground flax seed to add to juice for some extra fiber. I plan on doing 30-60 mins on the treadmill still tonight. Motivation is still strong.
