Raw Food
In order to cleanse my body, mind, and spirit, I will need clean food

Today was mostly the same; except I added some raw corn. I just had the best raw meal from this totally fab raw restaurant in my area. I had piza with a side order of pilaf, and marinated greens, and 1/2 a slice of chocolate cheesecake. Words can not describe the love that the chefs put into their food. Whenever I have their food, I just want to quit my job and go work for them, so I can learn how to make it for myself. If I could, I'd be eating at least 2-3 meals a day there; though it is a bit pricey, it's worth every bite. I like to go once a week. For the past couple of months, this is the way I have been eating; with the addition of fresh fruit and vegetable juices. I started off pretty resolute and determined, but had days where I ate SAD (Standard American Diet) foods. I didn't knock myself over it, because I needed to indulge myself. It will be a while before I have these foods again. As of right now, I have decided that when this process is complete, if I still want to have SAD foods I will allow myself to have them once a month - a fun day. I can honestly say that I enjoy the raw diet, and my body is pretty relieved too. The chronic hives I had most of my life are minimal some days and non existent other days. Do I need more proof that I'm on the right path? Not really. I set my self in the direction of wholeness and step by step, I'm walking it out.
