Smoothies
A few recipes

I don't believe in juicing, because it takes away all the fiber and some other vital nutrients. I no longer use honey, because it is bee vomit made to feed baby bees. I don't use dairy because milk was made for baby cows, not humans. I have a few recipes and some I just make up as I go along. I typically use only organic ingredients. You can use your imagination. I get some of my ideas from The Juiceman book by Jay Kordich and other ideas off the net. I sometimes add pure vanilla extract or real vanilla pieces of the plant. I sometimes add olive oil or coconut and I often add nuts like walnuts or real coconut pieces.
