Day 2 - Late Morning

It is 11am on day 2 and I have a slight headache

It is 11am on day 2 and I have a slight headache and am getting hungry. Am pretty sure I am slipping into ketosis, because of the slightly unpleasant taste in my mouth.

Was not going to go to the gym at lunch, but think I will to clear my head.

Noticed that every one is drinking coffee around me. Normally would not bother me, as I don't drink it anyway. Secretary told me she just ate the loveliest apple. She is aware that I am doing this water fast. Not for 21 days though.

Just cancelled dinner with a friend tonight. Has not responded to my email. I know that she would refuse to eat if I just ordered a bottle of water. Feel annoyed because would have liked to have caught up with her.
