my golden milk/yogi tea recipe

lovely nighttime beverage to help you relax/sleep

goat milk-have no local source for this yet
half teaspoon of honey, raw unfiltered organic/locally harvested
maharaj curry from 'home'... that is Trinidad and Tobago..a pinch of this
ground peppercorn...a pinch
a dash of cayenne
a dash of cardamom
a dash of cinnamon

-I warm the milk first then mix in the stuff. I sleep like a wee little babe after drinking this.
