Days 6 & 7...
Moving on....
Date: 5/5/2007 2:29:28 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 1940 times Well, I've had a bit of time trying to stick to everything--I didn't drink the water i needed to yesterday so I'm gonna try to do better today. I am making my bed when I get up now--so that is a plus. I also forgot to oil last night--I was tired and just didn't do it. I have been eating breakfast--hooray. I ate breakfast this morning. My main problem is starting something & then not following through.
Ok, I'm gonna set this weeks goals, plans, priorities. Remind you this is added to what I started last week :-)
Dietary/health changes:
1) Take vitamin C supplement
2) Take Vitamin B complex
3) Make sure I eat lunch
4) 3 cups of water per day (instead of 2)
5) Began treatment of acne with baking soda wash/rinse
Lifestyle changes:
1) Sweep/dust 1x week (at least)
Like I said before, the wedding plans have been put on the back burner until this school semester finishes--I only have 6 days to go--hooray!!!
Oh, and has anyone heard of the exercise/discipline idea of keeping good posture & pulling your stomach muscles in to strengthen them so your tummy will become flatter & eventually your muscles will be strong enough to hold your abdominal organs up in your body cavity better--i saw it on the tv & thought it was very interesting--I am working on my posture cause it is horrible--if I actually set up like I'm supposed to--I gain like 2-3inches in height.
