Day 3...
Moving forward...
Date: 5/1/2007 1:39:09 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 1747 times I got my 2 cups of water drank yesterday and I did oil my body before I went to bed...this morning i ran out the door without breakfast AGAIN--any suggestions for remembering to eat..I'm bad for just skipping meals esp. breakfast. I think I might try a sticky note on my cell phone or keys:-) I will get my water in before bedtime & I oil right before I go to bed as well.
Haven't done much as far as wedding planning this week--finals are coming up in a week at college so I'm preparing myself for them...I'd say that any more planning is going to have to wait a few weeks until summer vacation starts--then let the planning move forward.
I'm continuing my progress with my health status though--can't stop that or I will never get started back. I've been thinking bout what I want to add to my program next week. I probably am going to up my water intake to 3 cups a day and add taking a multivitamin to my regime and maybe, maybe stretching about 3x week--we will just have to see how this week keeps progressing.
