Need some help and whats been going on...

Date: 4/5/2007 7:48:25 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2191 times Ok, I HAVE got to get myself in better health--I mean I'm not like totally sick but I know I could feel better mentally, physically, & spiritually. I have a time with my bowels--I don't eat very often and I don't drink enough water--I tend to live on Mountain Dew literally. I would like to also have some muscle tone and just be in better shape. I need some support from you all--I want to prepare for my wedding but maintain my body afterwards as well. I want my man to be able to show me off persay and other men be jealous (within their minds at least) I want to be sexy as I age--not get saggy boobs and premature wrinkles and stuff. I want to look young for as long as possible & be healthy looking young. I know it can be done.
As far as wedding plans are going--slow but then again I don't want to rush. That is why I started so early. My future mother-in-law and sister-in-law are going to be a big help. So I will continue to keep ya updated.
I am going to try to start exercise regime this week--I need some support here--I tend to get off to a good start and then let a good habit slide back into my old self again. I need to stay motivated. Any ideas of how to stay motivated and not get discouraged would be great. I tend to give up quickly or give in to temptation.
