Its been such a great inspiration reading through some of the blogs on this site regarding your juice fast experiences. I can't wait to get started again. This year has been one of the most difficult for me. I've been dealing with a lot of emotional issues in an attempt to get to know who I am. I'm happy to say that I have worked through some of them but not without a lot of hard work, pain and suffering. Its time to end the grieving and what better way then to celebrate the birth of a new person by cleansing and detoxifying my body again. Its funny, I've never felt better than when I've been juicing. So many people that I've talked to have had negative things to say about my past experiences, but to be honest, juicing is the only time that I feel in control and at peace with my mind and body. Not to mention, I'm so in touch with my spiritual self and I have a better relationship with God.

So this is my journey. I endevour to go 30 days on clear juices, and plain teas. My goals are:

1. Spiritual health and to re-establish my relationship with God
2. To lose 30 lbs
3. To feel better emotionally, to feel happy again
4. To start 2007 off on the right foot.
