So, the past few days I have had incredible energy in the mornings, and my mood has been the best it has been in a long time - hopefully this will continue! After having ok bm's, I am back to being somewhat constipated - will do smooth move tonight. It is my understanding that obviously I need to keep the bowels moving to get the toxins/parasites out! My sense of smell has gotten amplified - it is really weird! The other day, I took a bath in our city water and the chlorine smell almost knocked me over! Still having peeling lips, itching ears (occasional anus), pink nipples, peeling around nose, sometimes itching skin, itching scalp, etc. I have, however, noticed an improvement in my burning tongue. My nose is dry inside, with scabs, yet running. keep you updated on changes!
