4th Full Day

Cleaning update

Now on the 4th full day. Still very tired. Finally able to have a BM - did some smooth move and stool softeners. Had some white things in my stool, about the size some describe as pinworms, but who is to say that is what they are? I've been eating lots of pumpkin seeds also. . . Got very nauseous today, which I NEVER do, hopefully a sign the cleanse is working. Also, I have HSV and am now having an outbreak. The humaworm guy says that some herb in the pills is working on the HSV, but I am wondering, will it be a long/short outbreak? Does this herb have a permanent affect on the HSV, or is it just irritating it right now and I will go back to having periodic outbreaks unless I go back on Valtrex? I would love to be rid of it and don't like the prescription medication aspect of dealing with it, but I have tried a ton of "natural" remedies, none of which have worked. Anyway, it is now 8:15 and I am going to bed. Still having rumbling in the intestinal area and some lower back/kidney irritation. As far as other symptoms, ears itching like crazy, occasional anal itching, nipples still pink. Still taking diflucan also. I know not pretty stuff going on here, but hopefully will help others who are interested in cleansing.
