The End of the Health Restore Plan
This entry describes the demise of the "health restore plan."

My panic attacks have "returned." I had a significant one at the public library a couple of months ago. This tells me that they never really went away to begin with and were not solely from the vitamins.
It has been a while since I posted, and this entry will be an account of the evolution that the health restore plan went through in the last couple months before I (recently) did away with it completely. In my next entry, I will describe my powerful second shamanic healing session.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The first change that my health restore plan went through after my last entry in this blog was a shift toward the practical. Though the "effective and efficient" approach to the plan was still evident in this new plan, the addition of less expensive, more immediately effective (as opposed to effective in the long-term) therapies, plus the addition of practical steps that involved using up natural health supplies that I had lying around the house made the new plan different.
Here is the first incarnation of the health restore plan after the last blog entry:
1)Liver Flushes (Andreas Moritz protocol)
1)Lose the weight
2)Dental clean-up, supported by Andreas Moritz' advice re: liver flushes, kidney
cleanses, etc. and dental clean-ups (i.e. l.f. and k.c. both before and after
clean-up), plus take liver herb tea recommended by Andreas for 10 days after
3)Work with homeopathist to restore liver function to enable it to recover from
vaccinations
3)If lymph node bump still exists, do lymph cleanse
4)Get diagnostic tests through an alternative lab like Genova Diagnostics and see
whether there exist any disease states of significant pre-disease states; if so,
work to correct them through therapy(s) of my own choosing (e.g. enzyme therapy,
acupressure x 10, craniosacral therapy, homeopathy)
4)Get echocardiogram to test for mitral valve prolapse; if exists, do more shamanic
work as relevant to correct
4)Get eyes dilated by optometrist to see if still have vitreous degeneration; if
exists, do more shamanic work as relevant to correct
5)Restore vision via the Bates' method of other similar techniques or through a
combination of these
5)Use a laser device such as Vitalmed's soft laser wand for removal of spider veins
5)Do dry skin brushing for removal of stretch marks
5)Have scars removed or reduced by laser by a plastic surgeon (face, stomach x 4,
left leg x 2, removed moles)
5)If still have moles, have them lasered off
*Also, take natural progesterone under the care of a doctor until hormonal balance
regained (throughout health restore plan as possible); use Dr. Harry's tooth powder
as possible throughout health restore plan or until gums are restored; do shamanic
healing work through the Four Winds Society throughout health restore plan steps 1
-3 as possible as long as needed to be healed; take bee pollen throughout health
restore plan or as long as supplies last; take flower essences throughout health
restore plan or until flower essences run out; take mullein root for overactive
bladder until overactive bladder cured; sip apple cider vinegar (1 TBSP) in a glass
of water while eating each meal, drinking no other liquids with meal or take aloe
vera juice for any immediate digestive troubles, through plan as possible to both;
once tests through alternative lab are free of disease states and pre-disease
states (i.e. normal), go off antipsychotic meds and see if stay health -- if not,
do further shamanic work as possible/relevant or alternative medicine therapies of
my choosing; take nervous system herbs (unless successfully off anti-psychotics),
vitreous degeneration herbs (unless vitreous degeneration cured), Dr. Christopher's
Tissue & Bone Syrup (unless shallow rotator cuff no longer bothers me), or Strauss
Heart Drops (unless mitral valve prolapse cured).
The second incarnation of the health restore plan was influenced by my reading of the book, "Power v. Force," by David R. Hawkins. I was influenced by his account of how he went through a "spontaneous recovery" of his health when he reached a certain level of spiritual healing. He said that all the chronic health problems that he had suffered from disappeared quickly, including nearsightedness. I thought that this was intriguing and decided that my plan should be based almost entirely around spiritual healing -- in my case, shamanic healing.
Here is the second version:
1)Liver Flushes (Andreas Moritz protocol)
2)Dental Clean-up, supported by Andreas Moritz' advice re: liver flushes, kidney
cleanses, etc. and dental clean-ups (i.e. before and after), plus take liver herb
tea recommended by Andreas for 10 days after
3)Get diagnostic tests through and alternative lab like Genova Diagnostics and see
whether there exist any disease states or pre-disease states; if so, do further
shamanic work as possible to correct
3)Get eyes dilated by optometrist to see if still have vitreous degeneration; if
exists, do further shamanic work as possible to correct
3)Get echocardiogram to test for mitral valve prolapse; if exists, do more shamanic
work as possible to correct
4)Re-test as necessary through alternative lab, doing shamanic work as possible or,
if not, alternative medicine therapies of my choosing until tests come up normal;
once tests through alternative lab are normal, go off antpsychotic meds and see if
stay healthy -- if not, do further shamanic work as possible or alternative
medicine therapies of my choosing
*Also, do shamanic healing through the Four Winds throughout health restore plan
steps 1-2 as long as needed to become ostensibly healed
Finally, I did away with the health restore plan altogether, influenced in part by my reading of "Power v. Force" and also due in part to my own efforts for personal freedom. The ludicrousness of a "health restore plan" suddenly occurred to me one day. David Hawkins talks about the transcendence of attachment to existence, and that really resonated with me. I discovered that my "health restore plan" was based on a materialistic, Newtonian attitude that I no longer needed in my life.
So, the health journey will continue, I am sure, but the health restore plan goes. I have written down the second to last incarnation in my journal and have recorded it here, so I will still have access to it to use it as a guide, but if so then informally.
I really recommend "Power v. Force" and the author David Hawkins. His book has really had a great impact on me.
