Day 16
Day 16
Date: 9/26/2006 5:37:59 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3601 times Hi again. Day 16 now... again a copy/paste because I'm lazy!
Ya, it's really weird that I still have all this mucus coming out. I'll do a swf in the afternoon, and by the end of the night the last few movements are just yellowish water - no fiber, no mucus, nothing. Then the next morning/day, sure enough more mucus makes it way down.
I was kind of wondering about frequent swf's myself, but I was reading on one site to do it 7 days in a row, so I didn't think it could hurt. I'm not doing one today though, because I'm sick of having felt full bowels for the past 5 days. Last night I did my biggest one yet - usually I do 1 liter but last night it was one and a half.
Other than juice and saltwater, I've only been drinking senna/gingko tea, and occasionally apple cider vinegar. No supplements, no broth, or anything else like that. In the morning I make a carrot/apple to drink immediately, and I make another 750ml or so to take to work in a thermos, and throw in a few ice cubes. At night I'll have a mixed veggie juice.
I hope things keep going well for you! I'm actually feeling kind of crappy right now. My wife dragged me to Costco today, which is like a super-mega-lo-mart that always leaves me with a headache. I've also been working too much. All work and no play make Homer go something something...
Once I get a few days in a row off I'll be spending a lot more time in my mind. I've been so busy the past couple weeks, the closest I've come to meditating has been lying in the bathtub with my eyes closed, which I enjoy, but I have a habit of falling asleep!
And again good luck to you, you're just about over the 3 day peak!
Update: It's twenty after eight in the evening now, I'm feeling a lot better. I was having to get up every 10 minutes for over an hour earlier to let out tiny spurts of mucus and water, with very little mucus by the end.
Gonna relax in the tub for a bit before bed. I've been having long, incredibly vivid dreams the past few nights. I look forward to another; I get to sleep in a bit tomorrow as I'm on the evening shift.
