Soup is so good
Date: 8/6/2006 6:20:01 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2131 times OMG soup is sooooo good! I woke up this morning and squeezed 4 oranges with some pulp for breakfast. My first wonderful change from lemonade. I did this again for lunch as well as throwing in another lemonade after some exercise and then started nibbling on the soup cooking in the slow cooker. I had actually started the soup early in the morning but as it cooked more and more I couldn't resist taking a little here and there. By the time it was all cooked I had a bowl and wowie was it good. I then had another bowl. This is not only a taste thing but in some way my body is craving solid like food I guess. I didn't know until I had tried some.
The soup was a vegetarian chilli with the basic ingredients of garlic, red bell pepper, carrots, tomatoes, zuccinni, onions and appropriate spices. Fantastic!
I had some pain in my leg earlier this morning but don't attribute that in one way or another to anything other then wierd comings and goings.
Oh ya my weight this morning was 206lbs. I started at 226 lbs for a loss of 20lbs in 15 days. I expect to throw back on another 5 lbs soon enough but hope that if I excersise and eat only healthy foods when I'm hungry then I hope to start losing more.
