Day 2

Day 2 of 10..... I think I can, I think I can... :)

Yesterday went pretty well... all in all. Last night I had to make the family dinner, I usually love cooking but I had a hard time doing it last night. I made the fastest meal I could think of and got out of the kitchen! The smell was making me really hungry and I thought about giving in... but I got through it. I only ended up doing 5 lemonades yesterday. I had 3 of them by noon but kind of lost interest in them after that... and only ended up sipping on 2 others for the rest of the day.....

I also got a really bad headache last night and I still have it this morning. I did my smooth move tea last night and let it seep for about 20 minutes... I still don't like the taste much. After that I got in bed. I slept really good last night and didn't even wake up once....

This morning I woke up at 5:45, my tummy was all grumbly. I tried doing the SWF and again I only did 1/2 the amount. I guess I'm just sensitive to all the salt. I also made myself another cup of tea this morning. Nothing happening yet and it's been about an hour and a half since the SWF. I noticed I'm a little bit irritable but not to bad. Hopefully I will come around in a while.....

BTW- I was checking out my tongue... it's slightly white & pink.... no shag carpet yet!
