The day before
not sure what I'm suppost to put in this abstract section? lol.... maybe a quote of something?
Date: 7/11/2006 4:36:25 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2565 times Tomorrow is the day I start the Master Cleanse, I decided over last weekend that it was time to do some cleansing of the body. I'm a little nervous because I've never fasted for more then a day but I'm also pretty excited. My boyfriend is interested in doing it also but he wants to see how I feel before he does (I am off for the summer from work). The last thing he would want is to keep having to run to the bathroom every few minutes because he "has to go" ..... I don't blame him; I sure wouldn't want that either! Also I think it will be better that I do it on my own anyways, I know there are going to be some times where I'm irritable, tired, & down right hungry.... I don't think it would make the situation any better if the 2 of us were both like that..... I will have his support through-out this and hopefully if all goes well.... he will give it a try also...... Today I went and picked up all the things I need to start....lemons, sea salt, cheyenne, grade b syrup, lots of spring water, mint tea, smooth move tea, epson salt for my bath, and a juicer.... I wasn't sure how many lemons I was going to need so I bought 30 (figured if I needed more then I could get more); you should have seen the lady at the checkout when I was buying them... I don't think she's ever seen anyone buy that many before, I thought it was funny. I'm all ready to start..... both mentally and physically. I've read so many article/blogs/message boards over the past week and everyone has been so helpful. I feel like it's great to have support from other people that are experiencing the same things as you..... Anyways, not to get all mushy.... hehe So my plan tonight is to drink my smooth move tea before I go to bed and first thing in the morning do my SWF. That should be interesting.........Can anyone tell me if it takes like you got water in your mouth from the ocean? Is it that salty? I'm just expecting the worst.... so if it's better then it should make it a lot easier...... I also plan on doing a lot of yoga, pilates, and meditation during these 10 days, hopefully I will be up to it........ Thanks Everyone
