Any ideas for the worst headache of my life???

This headache is horrible!!!!!!!!!

Ok, the willpower is on a downward decline. I still havn't found my ring, and my head couldn't feel worse if someone had hit me in the head with a baseball bat. Why such a horrible headache????? Anybody have any ideas???? I am this close to giving up it's that bad! Thanks!!!
