Ginger tea relieves headaches. Just stir some ginger in a glass of water and down it. Good for migrains. Should work in half an hour.
Use tincture of lavender if you have it. Doctors used the tincture to relieve muscle spasms, nervousness and headaches until the 1940's.
Feverfew is excellent if you have it handy.
