Day 3
I feel GREAT!!!
Date: 7/3/2006 8:50:39 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2101 times Wow, what a difference a day makes. I woke up this morning around 6, WIDE awake.. forced myself to sleep until 8. When I got up, no headache, no nausea, AMAZING energy, positive attitude.. it was awesome. Skipped the lax tea and the SWF for today, had an appointment first thing so I didn't have time to hang around the bathroom..
Turns out you can't get acupuncture when you're on this cleanse though.. I was looking forward to my appointment but my acupuncturist said I couldn't get it done, not sure if it was cause i'm usually pretty weak and drowsy after my appointments, and having no food in my system would have only exacerbated the symptoms. No matter, I just rescheduled for post-cleanse. Still felt bad for making her come all the way down as I was her only appointment.
Had SO much energy all day today, I got SO much done!!! From going to get more lemons ($5.50 a bag for organic lemons!! yikes), washing and cleaning out my car, doing a top to bottom clean of our apartment, doing all the dishes (even though I haven't eaten off any of them.. oh well they had to be done), laundry, hell, I even cleaned the windows!
It's 6:45 now and my roommate is eating Subway.. don't get me wrong, it looks SO good, but I'm not nearly as hungry as yesterday. So I guess it DOES get easier.. (as my stomach starts growling as i type that.. haha)
