The Day Before

The Day Before.. starting my first cleanse tomorrow!

So I'm totally excited about starting this cleanse.. I know lots of people that have done it and although I know the first few days are going to be the toughest, I know the results will be well worth it. I have read all kinds of other peoples' experiences with the cleanse, but it's always different for different people.. But I'm prepared for what I know is coming.. I took some extra time off work to just relax and cleanse my mind as well as my body.
