headache.. cranky..

Woke up with a terrible headache today.. tried to go back to sleep after doing the SWF, still hurts. I'm sure its my body detoxing.. I'm trying to keep up my water intake.. pretty cranky today.. I don't like headaches.

Elims again this morning were neon yellow toward the end.. is this normal??
