Water Fast Gone.....Master Cleanse In!!

Today I failed my water fast. I just be so damn hungry and I when I eat I binge. Well I was reading a magazine and in one of the pages it was talking about crazy diets and it had Beyonce' in there about the MC. Well she looks awsome. It told how to make it and how much you need. Well my mom had to do some errands so we went to Walmart and got the stuff. When I came home I immediately made a cup and tried it. IT was soooo good. Even my mom liked it but she said she had to drink it slowly because of the cayenne (sp?) pepper. I drank the whole cup in seconds. Too delicious. I hope this works.....
