Just wanted to wish you the best of luck. Is this your first time fasting? If not, then just ignore what I am going to say:

I have tried water fasting before, and "detoxing" (which was basically detox solution and water) and I always ended up failing. I don't know if it was my mindset or what, but I always ended up finishing and bingeing.

I am now on the master cleanse, and must say I FEEL GREAT! The thing with the master cleanse, is that the "lemonade" really curbs the hunger - so you still get the cravings (which are a play of the mind as opposed to a need) but you know you can get through it because you're not hungry.

Otherwise, best of best of luck. I used to be overweight when I was younger in high school and it really dented my self esteem. I still have stuff to work on, but feel so much better already, it just takes time (like everything!)
