Well, I have almost made it thru day 3, this will be a first. In other attempts, this is the evening that I blow it. What I did different this time was not to make dinner for the family as I normally do. My husband handled that tonight and I did
some shopping. So, I'm home now and no food around. I'm not hungry, not dizzy, I feel really good actually. I try not to alter the family rountine when I fast, but this 3rd day thing....

A couple of hours and i'll be off to bed and wake up in DAY 4!!!
