Im at the end of day 3 as well and feel great. Never tried this before im only 18 so i thought it was time to clean up my insides and loose some weight in the process.
I have turned down all sorts of things Inc. A free Mixed Grill, KFC and there is a nice yoghurt in the fridge teasing me but i will make my mum to eat that later.
Already Lost: 9 Pounds of weight, Im 6,2 and 14.5 stone but not that fat, think rugby player. Thanks for reading i might post on my 7th day. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
