Hey kids i've been gone for a while and now im back. My first juice fast went good and I enjoyed it a lot minus some of the suckie side effects but all in good health right. So I decided I will do this again because it's not as easy as I thought it would be to go back on solid food. Since my first fast I gained a few pounds during my fast I lost a lot. Then I went to Vegas and im not sure if anyone knows but there is a reason people call Vegas "Sin City". But as the old saying goes what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. But to make a long story short I need this cleanse and fast again. Im under a lot more stress not since my vacation how is that possible you ask well heres the deal got back with the ex and its a good thing we have been together for a while and broke up only a few months ago but once I saw him in Vegas with those awesome green eyes and damn i was hooked again. It was weird because we did something in Vegas we have never done "TALKED" and I said everything I needed to and so did he and we are cool now. But here comes the stressful part just brought my first house and it's a lot of work. I love every minute of it to be out of my parents house at 25 and in my own place with my things is awesome (thanks daddy for the down payment).

So now that reality has set in and I have all these big girl responsibilities now Im stressed and scared and you know what that means lots of late night with oreos. So now I need to regain the control of my life and get back to the peace and tranquility I felt not to long ago. So heres where I need the help of some knowlegeable people I did the juice fast a while ago and I think I did good. But I think I can do better with a little more guidance if anyone came give it to me. After my next 30 days I would like to raw and I need lots of help in that area because I don't really know anything about it so I need a little input. All information is accepted so thanks in advance. I also need more information about cleansing my colon because colonics are expensive and I love buying shoes and I would rather by a pair of Giuseppe's than get a colonic. So I would accept all information on that as well thanks in advance. So I look forward to telling everyone how my fast is going and getting all the positive feedback from people that have gone before me....

PS. Miami Heat won how hot is that......
