Day 4 of my Master Cleanse

Feeling much better today. The psyllium and bentonite really worked and without the weird unnaturalness of the Senna tea. I didn't believe in taking laxatives before this fast I don't see why I took them in the first place. Sigh.
The poops were excellent though. I had one in the morning that was so creepy and toxic looking and one in the afternoon too. Maybe left over morning ick?

(inner voice a la Jim Gaffigan) Gross. Could he really go through with it. Heavens to mergatroid!)
