Wonderful taco salad!

Tons of raw veggies

I came home today and everyone was sooo hungry. Good thing I just went grocery shopping! My goal is to get as close to perfect as possible without getting fanatical so I decided to make a lovely taco salad with every veggie under the sun and the convenience of canned organic black beans. Andrea and Dwight had tostada shells I had mine without. Dwight had a taste of arugula(?) in the mixed greens and made a face. "Its bitter" he said. I never should of made it salad bar style, he never complained before! So i had tons of raw organic veggies and so did they. Lola and cupcake had dog food and mixed greens. My friends think its so wierd that my dogs love greens, must be in the blood! They like mixed green salad but their favorate is raw kale. Sometimes Lola will only chew on it then leave shreds on the floor. I used to wondwer why? One day it occured to me its her doggy juicer! Its a lola greenstar! Cupcake always eats whatever is left, she can never get enough. I started her early. I went personally to Louisiana after the hurricane to rescue her, and from the moment we got home she has been eating raw kale. Sweet girl!
