I will never focus on my failures(too depressing) I will only focus on my positives!
Well I have managed to do almost all vegan lately. Its a start. I know where I want to end up. Raw vegan. I know that I have been going easy on myself and I know I have been doing a great job. From this point on I will never focus on my failures(too depressing) I will only focus on the positive. I feel great. Almost no animal products have entered my system. I feel very clean. I will try to add more raw foods. I love raw organic fruit with breakfast and lunch! I love salads. I will continue to eat these things and add more raw foods as often as possible. Tons of raw veggies
I came home today and everyone was sooo hungry. Good thing I just went grocery shopping! My goal is to get as close to perfect as possible without getting fanatical so I decided to make a lovely taco salad with every veggie under the sun and the convenience of canned organic black beans. Andrea and Dwight had tostada shells I had mine without. Dwight had a taste of arugula(?) in the mixed greens and made a face. ”Its bitter” he said. I have a new plan, I won't eat past 4:00 in preparation for a 7 day fast.
I’ve been super busy at work and at home. Since my last entry I’ve been trying make progress. For breakfast today I had half cup romain lettuce 1/4 avocado and salsa as dressing and coffee with soymilk. I’m at work so for lunch I brought a second salad made with exactly same veggies, apple, mango. I have a new plan for evenings. I will not eat past 4:00. I feel like I should start to prepare for a seven day fast. I want to cut my food intake as much as possibe so that I will find it easier. visit the page

Its so healthy, I'd feed it to my dogs. I'd never give Lola a dry martini!
I had a wonderful day and a stressfull evening. It all started when my landlord called and wanted to see my apartment to make sure I didn’t have anyone living here but me and ”the girls”(my dogs Lola and Cupcake). Well, I have my niece(Andrea) and my nephew(Dwight) here. My land lord is a nice guy, but slightly money hungry. I knew if he found out I had two others here he would raise my rent. Its not the healthy raw food that's making me overweight, its the overabundance of cooked junk I eat after the healty stuff
It seems like I never have a problem during the day, but at night I crave cooked food and sweets. Yesterdays food was: 10:00-kale apple salad(one of my faves it has apple, rawkale,and a lemon and orange juice dressing) 12:00-mixed baby green salad and half of a grapefruit 3:30-salad greens with tomato, avocado,salsa and cooked beans this salad was supposed to be dinner but........at 7:30 my neice made tandoori chicken and brown rice. Day 1 of forever on raw foods. My goals fo this jouney are....
I am really excited today. I woke up at 330 a.m.(not common) and fed my dogs and began this blog. There are some major things I hope to accomplish on this journey to a raw vegan food diet, a few are:
1. End all thoughts about weight. I don’t have the time or energy to be concerned about counting calories,carbs,or fat.
2. regain vibrant energy, and maintain my perfect health.
3. Stop eating animal products for the sake of animals as well as my health.
4. To feel and look 25 years old (I’m 28) for years and years to come.
